Description
Mexico has many stories, magical places, haunted houses, legends of ghosts, demons, witches and sorceresses. However, there are two traditional Mexican songs from the southeast of the country that have to do with two particular mythical characters. One of them is "La Bruja," in the rhythm of son jarocho from the Sotavento region south of the State of Veracruz, and the other "La Llorona," a traditional song from the Isthmus of Tehuantepec that is played in the rhythm of mazurka. This arrangement brings these two songs together in representation of these traditions.
