Delivery options and prices will be displayed in the checkout page, and will be updated based on the shipping address and size of the items in your basket.

For deliveries in the United Kingdom, we work with Evri and UPS to ensure reliable and timely delivery. All shipments are fully tracked to the delivery point for both the sender and receiver. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your order's tracking number.

You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery online using the Evri tracking portal. Additionally, you can sign up for SMS notifications via Evri to receive updates on the status of your package.

Orders with Express delivery must be placed before 2pm for guaranteed next working day delivery, and on Friday before 12pm for Saturday delivery

For larger instruments that exceed dimensions of over 72 x 70 x 62cm in size and 120cm maximum length we only offer express delivery options in the United Kingdom fulfilled by UPS. This ensures that your larger instruments are handled with care and delivered to you safely and efficiently.

All deliveries are subject to courier services. Please note that if there are adverse weather conditions or extremely high levels of orders being placed with our couriers (Evri and UPS), this may result in delays with your delivery.
